Gelest Inc. announced today that it recently opened its new research & development center and pilot laboratory that will increase the capacity of its Morrisville, PA headquarters and production plant, which was necessitated by the increased world demand for specialty silane, silicone and metal-organic molecules used in a wide variety of applications.
The expansion will allow Gelest to enhance its ability to more quickly develop and scale a wider range of products from inception to commercialization, thereby allowing its customers to keep up with the performance demands within the targeted markets they serve.
